Before joining M33, Erik was a management consultant at Bain & Company, working with B2B software companies on growth and go-to-market strategies, and conducting commercial due diligence for private equity firms.
Prior to Bain, he served as a submarine officer in the U.S. Navy, completing two deployments and serving as the Assistant Engineer during a 27-month project to refuel the USS Rhode Island’s nuclear reactor and perform major system upgrades.
Erik holds a B.S. in Systems Engineering from the U.S. Naval Academy where he was a varsity lacrosse player and a Bowman Scholar. He also holds an MBA with honors from Harvard Business School. Outside of work, he enjoys playing golf, competing in triathlons, and spending time with family.
