Prior to M33, Ryan worked on the investing team at Summit Partners where he qualified potential investments and helped the Harvey Performance Company management team identify & evaluate M&A opportunities. Before Summit, Ryan worked at UiPath, where he developed Robotic Process Automation workflows to improve internal operational efficiency and sales productivity.

Ryan graduated from the University of Notre Dame, cum laude, with a B.B.A in Finance and a minor in Computing & Digital Technologies with a specialty in Cyber Safety & Security. While at Notre Dame, Ryan served as a mentor for BBBS South Bend and worked for Trek10, an AWS consulting partner headquartered in Notre Dame's Idea Center. Outside of work, Ryan enjoys watching football, skiing, and playing golf.
