Charlotte Alexander is passionate about fostering an inclusive, engaging, and welcoming office environment for employees, clients, and guests. Using her recruitment and development experience, Charlotte helps her colleagues focus on their strengths while she handles the nitty gritty details of office life.
Prior to joining M33 Growth, Charlotte worked in Recruitment and Development for over 1,000 employees at EF Education First while also supporting the product President with scheduling, outreach, and strategy. Charlotte cultivated a collaborative office environment by focusing on cross-functional strength coaching, streamlining the hiring process, and project managing DE&I initiatives. Charlotte is a graduate of Concordia University in Montreal with a B.A. in Psychology. She is currently pursuing her MBA at Babson College while supporting the M33 team.
With experience working for a global travel organization and as a dual citizen of France and the United States, Charlotte is an avid traveler constantly looking for her next adventure. In her spare time, you can find Charlotte reading, connecting with family and friends, and spending time outdoors.
